Sadly, in some aspects I have to agree with him.
Worthy posts are often hidden under posts promoted with SBD, which is no different than paid ads on YouTube,FaceBook etc. It has only different name.
Moreover, most strong accounts are humanless bots, which are only programmed to post one type of posts with different numbers, data etc. They are often used to vote for somebody, for STEEM cryptos. And nobody can ban them...
