pickled cucumber recipe

For 3kg cucumbers we need:
1.infusion - 2 liters of water
0.5 liter of vinegar
120 grams of salt
400 grams of sugar
2 pieces of bay leaf
10 pieces of new spices
10 pieces of pepper
4 cloves
2 teaspoons of mustard seed
boil the infusion for 5 minutes and then allow to cool

put 2 slices of onion, 5 slices of carrot, 5 slices of horseradish, dill and celery stalk in each glass.add the cucumbers, pour the cucumbers with the brine and close the glass.Put the jars in the oven, then turn on the oven for 170 degrees Celsius for 1 hour, turn the oven off and leave it in the oven for 30 minutes.then remove the glasses from the oven and allow to cool under a wet cloth.
