Chicken; three pound, chopped onion; .. 50 grams; ginger garlic paste; .. 5 tbsp. Clean the rice and soak it for 30 minutes. Put 4 cups of water in a pot and put it on the stove. When it is light brown, add oil in a pan and fry it. When it becomes light brown, add ginger garlic paste and fry for one more minute. Then add chicken and fry for 10 minutes. Add chilli powder and a cup and a half of water and cover. Cook over low heat for 25 minutes. Then add onion paste and cook till chicken is melted. Then take it off the stove. Sprinkle saffron on top and cover with a damp cloth and keep on the tail for 15 minutes on low heat. When the tail is full, take it out in the dish and serve with golden fried onion and raita.
