My Actifit Report Card: July 20 2019
After my post on barefoot walking, I decided to do a short cycling tour to my local track and took a short jog around 3 laps.
I then cycled down to the river next river that flows downtown. To my surprise there was a public event and a lot of people to have fun conversations with.
I had quite a few days above 15'000 steps but plan to 00, I really try to be aboves above 20'00 average usually.
I feel t'000 on an average. I feel that people under 60 years of age can easily do 15'000 steps a day and notice a significant difference in physical wellbeing.
Most dear to me are the elderly, and if anyone above 60 years of age posts a actifit report above 10'000 steps I would give them a 100% upvote and they should please tag me with @yangyanje. My intentions here are purely encouraging.
Here are some pictures of my usual cycling path:
Most of these pictures are from other days of jogging, cycling and swimming for which I did not posts.
Although I really could have pushed more, I wpnted to still share mywanted to share my laziest 2 a fitbit:
![IMG a fitbit.
My knee still creates problems at distances above 5km of jogging, so I am therefore going to focus on training other muscles. I will still try to continue with a weekly triathlon777 report.
The economics behind Steem in terms of it's consensus mechanism allows it to be a powerful tool for creatives. We must encourage a currency with such a thought through consensus mechanism, as it is the means to a valuable Steemian society. Whether merchandise, other goods or services, we need to come together to create practical dapps and solutions for the real world. Whether a decentralised amazon in peoples cellars, SteemBnB or booking services, it's up to us to build this economy. Encouraging the on-boarding of the masses, I do distinctively believe that there is a difference between consumerism and producerism. Published content with qualitative utility is always valued within a specific community that engages with similar content. Likeminded people seem to create communal playgrounds of thriving minds that share profound knowledge that's applicable and practical. We don't need angel investors! we need to lure creative and undervalued talent out of their rabbit holes :)
