I love any one with meat and mushrooms, and with sausage) The only thing I do not like gourmet experiments, for example, I do not like when pineapple is added to pizza) Well, this is too much for me.
So, the recipe is from me)
2 glasses of water (warm), 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey, 10 grams of yeast (mix all this, let the yeast come up). Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 60 grams (2-3 tablespoons) of vegetable oil. 600-800 grams of flour, knead the dough, let it rise a little. 1 serving about 2-3 pizzas.
Bake at 180-200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
For the filling: sausage, eggs, cheese, sauce (mayonnaise + ketchup) You can experiment with the filling and add something else, for example, instead of sausage, chicken meat with fried mushrooms, or add onions, tomatoes, corn or something else to the pizza)

Sauce. Ketchup + mayonnaise 50/50. You can think of or buy a different sauce.
Grate the egg.
Roll out the dough thinly. Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil, place the dough on the baking sheet and brush over the sauce.
Lay out the sausage. Not close to each other. Well, whoever loves it, I don't like it when there are too many ninky, I also don't like it when there is too little
Sprinkle with grated eggs
Put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. You need to check if the dough is ready then turn off, if the dough is still raw in 20 minutes add another 5 minutes.
After 20 minutes, take out the pizza and sprinkle with cheese. It is possible for the cheese to melt and put the pizza back in the oven without turning it on. The cheese will just melt because the pizza is hot. You should not bake pizza with cheese. Because cheese is a delicate product and it melts quickly and then becomes dry if baked on top of our pizza.
