the very beginning of every happy family Nigerian meal.
This is a food made with bean (cow pea) commonly known in Nigeria as AKARA.
Well I chose to write about it because it is my favorite. With many reasons
1 it is crunchy
2 it is satisfying
3 it can be prepared with more than one ingredient incase of alegi
BACKGROUND HISTORY OF AKARA IN NIGERIA
musha dariya a woman from Nigeria was the first in Nigeria to fry AKARA .
Although it has become so rampered that it can be found being sold along roads,hold ups and lots more.
AKARA has made his way into the heart of various families that it is regarded as Nigerians top list breakfast agenda ....why so?
1 it is cheap
2 it has healthy content (protein)
3 it can enjoyed all year long provided grains are stored for rainy days
AKARA is not only recognized in Nigeria but other countries as well like Brazil and Togo and lots more

Nigeria is filled with many good and healthy foods AKARA is proudly one of them.
HOE TO PREPARE AKARA IN FEW STEP'S
1 grind the cowpeas with ingredient like tomato,pepper,garlic,and ginger
2 after grinding ,add seasoning cubes to enhance taste
3 put a pot with oil and allow to heat
4 place the cowpeas in the oil and allow to fry while staring for 10 minutes
5 place in a plate and enjoy the delightful taste of goodness
