[Ulog] February 2, 2020 - Sunday

It is February 2, 2020, Sunday and I woke up in pain.

Face, neck, back, right leg and toe.
I took prednisone and started drinking. By now it is 5 hours later and hardly any result.


I tried some marmite on a small part of toast and it is disgusting.
They claim there are vitamin Bs in it but I do not think I can feed this to the wolves. We threw it away. It is 7 years over it's expiring date anyway and I do not know what to do with it. No one gave me a tip.

A strong wind blows outside.
It's hard to stay on your feet, the washing-line broke, I fixed it and the laundry (sheets) is outside. I hope it dries with 1-2 hours and will not be blown through the whole area.

The bus-kid has a look at the old Toshiba laptop.
I think it is at least 14 years old, perhaps even 17 and a typewriter can be made out of it?

More laundry (sheets) outside.
Toshibashit can not read USB or play a DVD, reason? I struggle on. It has always been a lousy laptop.

I managed to make the laptop play DVDs.
If I am in the mood I will see if I can use it for typing and can print with it. The battery can no longer be charged.
The bus-kid and I watched the film "Up" in German. My daughter's snake is named after the bird Kevin. Next I kind of watched Pooh while cooking.

What I made for dinner.
The bus-kid and I used pasta instead of rice, 2 eggs for the three of us, some kidney beans, species we use to make "nasi" and soy sauce. There's pasta left. Tomorrow I'll see what to do with it.

We had a late dinner and I read a bit and upvoted.
The pain stayed. Well, I have more prednisone in stock and it isn't tomorrow yet.

In two weeks I won't have a phone number any longer.
Let's see how that works out. My sim card is old and huge it doesn't fit on my phone. I cut it smaller but it's still too big.
Fewer phone numbers are on my target list and this number is the last way of some people out of the past 10 years to find me. It is a relief to get rid of it. I never make a phone call anyway.

A small piece of toast bread with Marmite πŸ˜–, last slice of semolina pudding with rosehip jam, 3 pieces drop, hot chocolate (water, cocoa, bit milk), 27 grams of darkmilk Milka chocolate with pieces of almond, Hard to say what it tasted like the terrible Marmite taste stays with me!, some pasta and a bit egg, 3 cookies (the one we call speculaas and are still left from December 5th, they taste great on bread with butter too), some cruesli.

I did the sit up and bending 20 times. My toe still hurts no jumping.

10 mg Prednisone. 😐

I hope you get better today. And for the workout, you do not need to do the whole range of motion. You can do a crunch by bending yourself up halfway, but do make sure you use your abs muscle contraction to bent yourseld up. It's equally effective as sit up.

@davidke20 I can not do crunches any longer. After the doctors screwed up an operation in my belly I suffer from terrible pain. It's worse during winters and cold. According to the doctor I had bad luck and next time...
