My day is over. Hard to say if it was a better one as yesterday.
I managed to do some more steps. Not only bedroom <-> bathroom.
All my @actifit results sofar were 0.
The good news is I gave my youngest the watch. It came as a shock to me to see how much weight is gained.
Pasta, bread and for sure more "food" we do not eat became daily food.
So far so good.
Already at day 1 over 6,000 steps were made and since then no day less (I told each day more as the day before). Today it made the 6,500 by walking through the garden.
Although the food is reduced, at least 2 liters of water has to be consumed there are no complaints.
Vegetables and fruit are 50% of the meal now.
This morning the weight lost was 900 gram. Hopefully, a bit more tomorrow since this is what does stimulate a kid most (plus I am only half the amount and have 0 result).
