My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2019

Went for a 8km workout consisting of a series of short sprints and jogs as well as some walking, I still have to improve my fitness to increase the ratio of running to walking. Today the chosen location was a nearby wetlands reserve that has a paved walking and cycling track travelling through the wetlands.

Brisbane City is a good city with many initiatives to encourage healthy living. The walking path I was on is part of a bigger network of health and fitness tracks.

I did stop a couple of times along the way to take in the environment, until the mosquitoes started to buzz around.
