In fact, I think I'm addicted to tea.
I think I drink tea at least 3 times a day.
I especially love drinking tea while eating biscuits or cookies or cakes. I think they go well together since the tea balanced out the sweetness of the cakes or biscuits. I usually don't add sugar with my tea. What about you? Do you add sugar tea to your tea?
And not to forget milk tea! I'm sure everyone loves milk tea!
Drinking tea also works well to unwind myself after a stressful day. Especially after squeezing my brain for Mathematics. Tea somehow helps me to relax and calm down. That's why drinking tea is a must for me before bed. And usually this is accompanied by an aromatic candle. 🕯️
I usually opt for green tea, chamomile tea and chrysanthemum tea. In my opinion, they have the best and most calming smell.
If you ever found yourself feeling anxious or stressed out, or even having difficulties to sleep at night, try drinking tea before bed. And light up an aromatic candle as well. If it works for me, it might work for you as well! 😉
