I AM the creator of my reality workshop

Last night I held a little workshop focused around the journal we are making 'I am the creator of my reality' which focuses on manifesting whilst also working through triggers every day.

We made some vision boards, had a mini sound healing, a cacao ceremony ( I was suer proud of how this ceremonial cacao turned out with the gold dust and rose petals!), some meditation and walk through some mirror work and exercises from the diary. It was such a great night with break throughs and realisations.
