Well it's the end of the long week of never-ending Coronavirus news and panic and an off day for me.
My back and knees just ached and felt inflamed, probably from the crappy pasta dinner I had last night. Seems my body isn't happy if I indulge in carbs so I'll probably feel like shit for a couple of days. Probably best to bone broth fast for the weekend and start back up gradually. Just did some needed maintenance on the RV and shopping for a few supplies then two relaxing hours at the dog park will Bella and Lulu.
All my Spring ultras have been either cancelled or pushed out to late Summer or the Fall. Going to make for interesting times to figure out a schedule but my training should be a lot better by then (that is if civilization hasn't collapsed by then and we're all zombies). You just have to keep up a good attitude and stay healthy and shrug of toe rampant idiocy I see around me and on the net. Not the end of the world folks - keep looking for the beauty out there.
