So long to 2019 and the decade, hello to 2020 and a new decade to run and run and run ultras (and maybe a few on my gravel bike).
Nice to be back home in Prescott even if it is just for a bit over a day. Nasty lower back spasms really put a crimp in my run as I couldn't get comfortable at all so it was a shirt and slow 4 mile loop just to stretch my legs and burn off a few of the calories I've eaten at the aid station.
Tomorrow starts a new chapter in my training as my diet will be a lot tighter and I'm going to concentrate on getting myself into top (for the 60+ age group) ultra condition.
