My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2019

Happy Saturday to everyone in Actifit land. This morning's run was a struggle despite the pace being good. My legs just feeling very heavy and sluggish and it wasn't really very enjoyable to be out running today.

I went with a much flatter route as I didn't want to be chugging up too many hills and we had to get moving along to our new RV spot on the other side of town. At least there's a decent trail network not far away so that's a plus. Trying to get my mind into the 24 hour run just couple months away. Just wish I could match my efforts at the 6 day in 2010 as I could have easily covered 100 in 24 hrs there (covered 88 that first day) but 10 years of age and not training as well will make it a challenge. But then again a 15 min mile will make 96 miles so not out of the realm of possibility. It's going to be an adventure for sure.
Let's hope for a better day and run tomorrow. Take care.
