Could have been better but can't complain too much
As expected my legs were a bit tired after yesterday's long and hilly hike but I was still able to put in a decent run. My Forerunner says my recovery time is improving to under 24 hours so that's a plus. Will try to avoid really hilly trails as my shins are still a little sore after hiking-don't want to develop shin splints now. I hope my endurance continues to improve so I'll be able to run my 24 hour ultra well in a couple of months. At least the course will be FLAT!!!
