Time, Art, Art of trash, and coins
Today I took it fairly easy activity-wise, went straight to the office for the train and my steps were to and from the train out to lunch and between buildings for one meeting, but again I took it easy, and either the Tiger Balm at night or the CBD Oil I put on in the morning. Seems to be helping my calves are not feeling as tight as they had been so maybe tomorrow since I do not have an early meeting and the forecast looks good I may go for a little before work walk and not get carried away but see how it goes

Starting off with a couple of shots taken with my Sony Camera, usually, I have some shots prepared to add to these posts but the ones I had prepared didn't really fit with this post, and I was also running short of time to get a post ready due to my train being delayed for a little over half an hour these evening, so as looking for photos to quickly edit and share and thinking I do not have much time for this.
And as I was thinking i need to get better organized I remembered this clock/Art piece I saw one day on a walk on the Highline

So I decided to stick with clocks and here is a cool one I saw recently, I cannot remember off hand where i saw it, but I did like its style, and clearly they do not want any birds sitting on it and messing it up with all the spikes over it

And a last clock to finish off this section of the post, I not its on a lean in this shot, and that's the angle I took the shot and I just could not straighten up as well as I would have liked to, other than that I do like this clock and shot and if I could have straightened it better it would probably have been my first shot in this post

Daily actifit photos with my iPhone
Since i did not get out for walks much at all today these shots are totally random
I have shared shots of the Lync WiFi terminals that replaces many of the phone booths around Manhattan before but will share a couple of shots off them today
As well as sharing useful information like the weather forecast delays on public transport around the city etc, they also share electronic art at times
Here is one example, that could my eye this morning, although I have very rarely seen a subway car that empty and never that clean and pristine myself

I guess a fountain is a kind of art, so this in a loose way fits with the theme for todays phone-photos, this next shot is of some reflections in the water of the pool under a fountain, and I noticed people throw coins into the pool, thats the circles in the pool mostly pennies, and not to many of them
