How to boost immunity Natural Way

Ayurveda means The Science of Life and is originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and is often referred as the Mother of All Healing and the knowledge of specific Ayurvedic herbs/spices have been passed down to generation to generation in India and is still prevalent in India.

The Ayurvedic Kadha (Ayurvedic drink containing herbs/spices) is helpful to boost immune system and helpful for allergies, flu, common cold cough and combat infections.

Often called as “Immunity booster drink” to strengthen immune system and combat infections.

I still remember my Grandma used to make AYURVEDIC KADHA from 7 ingredients (spices/herbs) , called 7 wonders at Home being easily available at homes in India at the start and during monsoon season to boost the immune system and is very effective and powerful for the overall body system. The writer still drinks the same Kadha regularly during the current pandemic scenario to strengthen the internal system strong.

Its very easy to make and takes 15-20 minutes to prepare for drink and can sip the kadha multiple times but I prefer to have it on empty stomach in the morning and contains the following 7 ingredients, to be boiled in water and drink.

  1. Turmeric
  2. Basel leaves
  3. Ginger
  4. Jaggery
  5. Cinnamon or Cumin seeds
  6. Cloves
  7. Black Pepper

You can click my you video below on immunity boosting drink/Kadha for better health.

Apart from giving your immunity the boost , the Kadha (booster drink) can improve digestion and detox the body.

So, boost your immune system by drinking Kadha on regular intervals.

Stay Healthy, Stay Happy always !
