If you didn't know, Ronaldo was once just like any of us. He had an average physique, and an average fitness level.
In fact, Ronaldo was bullied when he was younger for his lanky and skinny physique.
Despite that, today, Ronaldo is known to be one of the sexiest men alive and one key reason for that is his physique.
So how can we, being the average joes we are, attain a physique like Ronaldos? The answer is simple. Consistency. By focusing on basics such as eating clean and incorporating weight training and cardio, we should be able to eventually attain a physique like his. Whether or not we look as aesthetic may be a different question though, since genetics plays a huge role in that.
Regardless, I hope hearing that even one of the greatest soccer players of all time was once bullied for his physique will motivate/comfort you in some way. It's not about where you are now but where you plan to be in 5 years!
