Divine configuration makes for hearty congratulations. It is the devil’s job to complicate the path of men and to tighten up prevailing situations and circumstances in order to make the miraculous elusive.

It is however the hobby of the Lord, to diffuse the tension the enemy brings and make all such, stepping stones to get you over and to usher you to your “promise land”. Every challenge the devil brings is divinely configured to submit to God’s divine purpose for your situation.

The land which ten of the spies that Moses sent to spy, saw as a “eater” kind of land – “a land that eateth up its inhabitants” was actually a land divinely configured to be met for the Israelites.

Only two of the twelve spies saw this divine configuration. They proclaimed before the congregation of the Israelites:

“Do not fear the people that lives in the land because they are piece meal for us”
Numbers 14:9).

It is divinely expected of you not to focus on the severity of any nagging challenge the devil brings; but on the sure turn around that the Lord guarantees.

With God, every challenge is billed to bring forth a miracle: “Out of the strong came forth sweetness”. It seems to me that the stronger the challenge, the sweeter the testimony billed to follow.

God is God, He is not man. He is able to turn around any situation and make it work together for your good. No matter what the situation is, no matter how it sounds or looks, Scriptures affirm –

“Nay, in all these things, we are conquerors through Him that loved us” Romans 8:37.

Victory is always through Christ. It is on the basis of what He did on the cross of Calvary. With every “eater” situation that comes your way, seeking to swallow you up; always know that there is a concluded transaction already in place, which is earmarked to put you over.

With what has been put in place by the finished work of Christ; every challenge is divinely configured to come under the rod of your authority. Your focus shouldn’t be on the severity of the situation, but on the glory earmarked to follow the situation.
