So broccoli has tons of minerals and vitamins like C and K in abundance, along with fiber for gut support. But one compound called sulforaphane is particularly powerful. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s released when eating cruciferous vegetables but especially in broccoli. Human studies have shown that sulforaphane has anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties. Now we’re finding that broccoli helps with joint support and osteoarthritis. It physically blocks inflammation in joints! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here’s something I’m really excited about: broccoli sprouts contains more sulforaphane than mature broccoli. These guys only take 4 days to sprout and you eat them raw.
