Makin a meal with whatever is left in my fridge. - VEGAN



Today it was one of these days where i didn't wanna go out to buy groceries, i haven't been paid yet so it wouldn't have been a big shop but rather a waste of time, and I was in a pretty decent workflow, so i didn't wanna interrupt it too much by running around and decided to just grab everything in my fridge and assemble a pasta dish.



  • onion
  • garlic
  • truffle oil
  • chilli
  • spelt fuisilli
  • pitted olives
  • salt
  • leftover vegan parmesan

how to prepare the food

  1. buil pasta for 6 minutes
  2. chop up onions, garlic, chilli and fry until soft
  3. chop olives, tomatos and add to warm up
  4. mix in pasta and drizzle truffle oil onto the pasta. this brand is kind of cheap so it isn't too too flavorful, but be careful because truffle oil can easily cover the taste of anything lol
  5. i dont like to boil the tomatos too much so i just warm them up and serve the pasta and use all the left over parmesan (made of cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, parsley)
