So, post my injury, this was my second day of walk and I did more than twice the distance I did yesterday. I am happy about that and love the fact that injury notwithstanding, I am able to put in some work; without exerting the back, of course. 😊
I never thought I would miss jogging so much, but that is the case. Where I would easily do 8000 to 10,000 steps in an hour, I am struggling to do 3000 steps at the moment.
