How To Prepare Simple Palm Oil Rice

Today, I will teach you our traditional meal. A simple method to prepare Palm oil rice.

Recipe


Rice
Palm oil
Clove basil leave (scent leave) (Ocimum Gratissimum)
Salt
Ginger
Garlic
Turmeric
Onion
Tomatoes
Any protein of your choice (could be meat, fish or proteinous grains).

Preparation


Measurements of these ingredients should be according to your taste.

Wash your rice with hot water. Set aside in a cooking pot. Properly wash and chop the tomatoes, red bell pepper, scent leaves and onion, add it to the rice. Blend the garlic, ginger and turmeric, also pour it into the cooking pot where other ingredients are. Add salt to taste, then add a little Palm oil. Add water and stir everything with a spatula. Set on fire to cook until the rice is done cooking.

It is best cooked with medium heat. Also, you do not need to fry anything.

In less than one hour your rice should be ready. Serve with the protein of your choice.

I don't like palm oil rice 😒but if the rice is cooked with spaghetti and beans 🤗🤗 that is my favorite.. I know you will thinking about the combination but it is best ever.. Try it
