Quite usefull to walk or jog on daily basis for healthier body and mind. It's clearly different to walk in morning rather lying on bed. Best tip for healthiest life is to reduce bed rest by find some movi andng stufs. But it does not mean you always in trying to struggle hard because sleeping for 8 hours is an essential part of life
