make your body active


always remember in your life that you should make your body active. i do not mean that you should make it active every day. no you can take breaks for example two days a week it can be enough. do not waste your time on watching tv for the whole day. go find your self some work and move your body. making your body active has so many benefits and nothing can stop you from getting this benefits. so always make your body active.
