The diverse activities that derive from the organization, provide the opportunity to run as a leader, in fact, in my opinion, there are passive leaders occupying undervalued jobs that have not been given the opportunity to demonstrate their true potential. This is because each person is usually linked to a certain professional area, being the functions delegated to him those that define his status in the organization, acting as a complement to the whole, despite the fact that his vision can reach even more away from the conferred designation.

It should be noted that leadership has strong philosophical roots and its designation can be related to the level of culture or certain social purposes. Others tend to say that leadership is an innate quality, however, it has been shown that the leader can be academically trained and develop didactic methods to control activities, something that cannot be attributed to the innate leader in which other characteristics and skills would predominate but never academic methodology.

Up to this point in the approach, everything is fine! Everything is in harmony. But, we must remember that no organizational component works by itself, there has to be a piece that is responsible for engaging the group, keeping it active and cohesive. src Someone with the will and full vision of work, who can detect failures and progress. An element that incorporated into the same hive can generate positive influences in the group, evaluate, correct, project and verify the effectiveness of the functions based on performance and the achievement of goals.

There are many classifications for leadership, but considering that it is a natural and human characteristic, we are all in some way a potential leader.

It is a matter of being a good observer to determine the quality, the eagerness and the certainty of that one, who included in the structure of the hive, is actually the most recommended person to lead the team and lead it towards the path of success.
