What if you can't force things to happen? What if you are not the one controlling the situation? What if you don't have the power or control over what happens? What if you don't have the luxury of time, money and energy to be able to do whatever you want?
You are probably thinking right now that I said you can't have what you want. I said you can't have it because it's not yours. You can't have what you want because you don't want it. You want to make things happen but you just can't have them when you want them. Well, let me explain to you why that is true.
To make a simple comparison, lets say your trying to lose weight. You have a plan to lose weight. You want to lose weight so your going to go to the gym and work out with weights and other stuff to lose weight. Now in order for this to actually work out you have to do something in order to make this happen.
First you are going to have to be dedicated and determined. You are not going to lose weight by just showing up at the gym and not working out. You are going to have to put something in to get results. In this case it would be dedication and determination. You are going to have to set aside some time each day to dedicate yourself to making those weights work for you.
You also must realise that nothing comes easy. If you really want something bad enough chances are you can't achieve it. You might be strong willed and think that nothing can go wrong but that is just not true. You can only achieve what you are willing to put into it.
Something else to think about here is that you are not going to accomplish anything if you don't take action. You can't force anything to happen when you don't want it to. If you don't want to be fat why do you think people will sit there and not do anything about it? If they didn't want to then they would go and do something about it. It's not hard to force something if you know how to do it but if you don't then its not going to work.
The last thing you need to do is to realise that you can't force your body. There is only going to be one way that it is going to react to whatever you are trying to force it to do and that is no. You can't force your body to do anything. You want to look at bodybuilding as a way of life. You have to treat it as such, otherwise you are just going to continue to see the same results over again.
There are many different ways to achieve bodybuilding success. Some of these ways are going to be easier for you than others and some of them are going to be easier for your friend. Just remember that when it comes to bodybuilding you are going to have to take action regardless of what anyone says. There are no guarantees in life and the same is true when it comes to bodybuilding. The only thing that is guaranteed is that if you try you will fail.
Bodybuilding is something that can be done by anyone who really wants to get on top. You do not need any steroids or anything like that to achieve the results you want out of bodybuilding. There is no reason to put yourself into a situation where you are going to have to use force against your body rather than allowing it to work the way it is supposed to.
This does not mean you cannot develop a plan of action either. You do not want to take a piece of paper and force things to happen. What you are going to want to do is find a plan of action that is based on what you would personally like to achieve out of bodybuilding. You have to let the plan dictate how the workout is going to go and you do not have to follow it to the letter. Just keep an open mind to whatever the plan of action may be.
You may find that the power of bodybuilding comes in when you let go of the control and just follow the direction it has set for you. When you have this type of mindset, it allows you to do something that you could only dream about before. If you really want to be the best, then you have to give yourself every opportunity to get there. This is not always easy to do, but if you are willing to make some changes in your life then you will be able to accomplish whatever your goals are.
