Concerns alter our entire nervous system because they bring a series of negative factors in those who constantly live in this situation, because they affect our physical and moral physical health.
Obviously, worry is an inevitable state because all human beings worry about various situations that correspond to us living daily. We care about our children for food medicines work stability ect, because nobody escapes from this situation. However, in the Bible we find a powerful promise so that we can solve and ease our burdens in the book of Matthew 6: 31-34 we read:
31 Do not worry, then, saying: What shall we eat, or what shall we drink, or what shall we wear?
32 For the Gentiles seek all these things; but your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
33 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
34 So, do not worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will bring his eagerness. Enough every day your own evil.
(Reina-Valera 1960 (RVR1960).
The word of God advises us that before worrying about material things we must first worry about spiritual things and not because material things are not important but because worrying about the kingdom of God and his justice he will give us the materials in addition because God keeps his promise.
When we constantly look for spiritual things surely our worries God will take them and just as he saw the birds and feeds them so God will have control of everything we need.
Let's learn to rest in God and avoid getting sick in our body because worries bring us anxiety and all kinds of illness.
