πŸ™†πŸ»β€β™€οΈ I topped mine with hemp seeds, almond butter and chia jam (1/2 cup berries, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp water cooked on the stove until thick - more instructions on my feed)! Here’s the recipe:β €

❀ 1/4 cup almond mealβ €
❀ 1/2 cup flour (I used teff, you can use any)β €
❀ 1/2 tsp baking powderβ €
❀ Pinch of saltβ €
❀ 1 eggβ €
❀ 1/4 cup milk and
❀ Extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil, for cookingβ €
if you want you can add cacao power in mix

1️⃣ Mix dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients and mix until just combined.β €
2️⃣ Heat oil in frying pan to medium heat. Add spoonfuls of batter and flip pancakes when bubbles on top start to pop.β €
3️⃣ Remove from pan when golden brown on both sides and add toppings! Enjoy! πŸ₯°β €
