The TV I am using is 2017 model QLED Q7F 65 inches I bought at the beginning of last year.
I bought it at the beginning of the year. I did not have a model in 2018.
I was worried about buying OLED, but I was worried about burn-in and went to QLED, a premium model.
However, after 1 year and 1 month of use, vertical lines began to appear on the panel.
It's really unbelievable that the premium model that Samsung pushes with confidence is bad after one year of use.
Moreover, my house is not a place to watch TV.
The day when the vertical line appeared suddenly was Saturday morning, and as soon as 9 o'clock in the morning, I accepted AS.
Luckily, I came right in the afternoon but did not fix it, just check the model number in the built-in menu and went.
So, after the weekend, it said that it will supply parts on Tuesday.
Until now, I thought that it would be out of stock.
The weekend was over and it was Monday.
Finally, the Toy Story was opened in the movie theater, and I was deliberately leaving early to play a good father and watching Toy Story Dubbing with my child and my mom in the movie theater near my house. I was in a hurry and I heard from AS that I was contacted urgently and said that I had to check the model once again for the correct order.
So I went back to my house during the movie screening and checked the model and finally I could not see the movie. ㅠ
The problem is on the day of repair.
I have confirmed the model twice (I can not see the movie) twice. The panel that I received was brought in with a different model number.
What is wrong with you, I want to know how to do this.
So when I asked if the panel I brought was a ripper, the premium model said there was no ripper.
However, there was doubt about the shape of the box and the state of being attached with vinyl, and more doubt about the difference between the prize and the contents.
Finally, I could not repair it on Tuesdays, and I went to the TV itself to take it unconditionally on Wednesday morning.
Fortunately, the next day we received the product normally and confirmed that the vertical line is missing, but I can not tell you what it is.
That is, it is not whether the ripper product is inserted ... or it is not repaired in front of me.
To summarize what you experienced during this work ...
- QC of premium products is not good.
- Parts are not properly managed.
- Next time I'm going to OLED.
- And I thought that the cost was really cheap when I looked at the inner structure of the TV in front of me. The production cost of the product seems to be less than 300,000 won. (Except panel)
