Besan Ki Roti
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:

-Gram Flour 1 cups
-Wheat flour 1 cup
-Fresh coriander 1 tbs (finely chopped)
-Oil 3 tbs
-Green chilies 2 (chopped)
-Red chili crushed 1/2 tbs
-Salt 1 tbs or to taste
-Cumin Powder 1 tbs
-Water ½ cup or as required
-Ghee for frying
-Turmerse Powder 1/4 tsp
-Garam Masla Powder 1/4 Tbs

Directions:

-In bowl, add chickpea flour, fresh coriander, , red chili crushed, salt, cumin Powder, Garam masla Powder, Turmeric Powder and mix well.
-Add water, and make mixture.
-Cover and rest for 5minutes.
-Heat ghee on tawa, spread the mixture on tawa round shaped.
-First cook one side, apply ghee, turn and cook the other side.
-Serve besani roti with chatni.
