Today I will share with you the recipe for cooking pigeon meat with potatoes. If you want, you can learn this recipe and cook it. Hope you like it.

Pigeon meat with potatoes



INGREDIENTS-


- Pigeon meat- 250 g
- 150 g potatoes (sliced)
- 1 tbsp zinger paste
- 1 tbsp cumin paste
- 1 tbsp dried chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin paste
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 2-3 numbers of garlic
- 4-5 cloves
- 3 cinnamon
- 2 bay leaves.
- 7-8 black peppers
- 1 tsp salt
- 1taps coriandar powder
- 1 cup soybean oil

Zinger paste, cumin paste, dried chilli powder, cumin paste

Chopped onion, garlic, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, black peppers



METHOD-

Step : 01

The meat should be cut into pieces and washed well.

Fry the chopped onions and garlic in a pan with oil. Fry until brown.

When the onions are fried, add all the spices. It should be fried for a while.

After that pigeon meat was added and cooked for 8-10 minutes.

Now add potato slices and mixed it with meat and spices.

Step : 05

Final step sealed the pot and cooked it for 30 minutes and in the meantime add hot water(a little) in order to boiled the meat.

Sealed the pot and cook in warm tempetature



Our pigeon meat with potatoes is now ready. You may serve it with polau rice.
