I felt like pancake today. I woke up early, got my flour, baking powder, raw cane sugar, salt all ready and put the measurements into a bowl. I whisked them until all combined and let the mixture sit for a bit before frying them on a nonstick pan.
The trick is getting the pan hot enough so that the batter will bubble the way it should before we turn them over. If the pan is not hot enough, the bubbling kinda fails.
I have tested, eaten many failed attempts and tried many times before I learned this.
