Dear friends of @steemfoods, today I want to share a super simple and very healthy recipe, a healthy and fun way for our children to eat vegetables, you can accompany it with pasta, rice, to fill empanadas and arepas.
300 g ground beef (beef and pork)
50 g green beans (green beans)
2 small carrots
1 small zucchini
1 small eggplant
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of oil
1/2 cup of water
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1- Chop the green beans, carrot, eggplant, tomato and onion into small squares.
Important fact: eggplant is a vegetable that oxidizes quickly, to avoid this, immerse it in a container with water and salt, leave it until ready to use, you will have to wash it with plenty of water.
2- In a pot, place the meat and fry with oil, add the onion and garlic until golden.
3- Add the carrot and green beans, add the tomato and half a cup of water. Cook for 15 minutes.
4- Finally add the zucchini, eggplant, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
I accompanied my rich meat with pasta.
