HI friends, Today I come with another Interesting and very healthy recipe on using only Millets.
If we use millets as main ingredient besides Rice we can avid lot of Healthy related issues very easily.
Try to use millets in your diet plan, we can see lot of changes in your body with in one week.
Eat Millets live healthy, this words I find on using millets. There is five types of millets available in Market. For preparing this dish we can use any one millet as you wish. Pls don't use combining the all Millets in any dish, use each one separately. Because each millets cooking time is very different, one cook easily remaining take lot of time. Some take less water, some take extra water too.
So don't use combining all those in one dish. Use separately for any dish we preparing using millets.
Today I preparing vegetable Millet fry using Chen Millet. This millet contains little bit sweet and sore ness. This millet is one of the oldest one too.
For preparing this dish we need some ingredients like 1 cup Cheena millet, 2 cloves, 1 table spoon ginger, garlic paste, 2 green chillies, 1 chopped onion, 1 cup mixed vegetables, 1 table spoon turmeric powder, 2 spoon coriander power, 1 table spoon cumin powder, salt as required, red pepper to taste, 3 table spoon oil.
For garnish fresh coriander leaves.
Now I give details about how to prepare the recipe. Just follow my steps for getting amazing Millets Vegetable fry.
For preparing this dish first we soak this Chenna millet up to 4 hours.
After that now take one non stick Pan add oil. Heat it until it heat, now add all ingredients like cloves, chilled, vegetables, and remaining all ingredients one by one.
Fry them all, now add 21/2 cup water to it. Now add required salt with it. After getting bubbles, reduce the stove completely. Now add soaked millet with out water. Mix them well. Now cover with lid, cook up to 20 mine in low flame.
After than open and check, it is cook or not. If it is cooked now add fresh coriander leaves with it.
Now Millets Vegetables Fry is ready to serve. Enjoy this dish with your friends and family members.
