HI friends, Today I come with another interesting, healthy recipe using millets. This is Tamil Nadu style recipe.
Just follow my steps for getting amazing healthy recipe. On taking millets in our diet, it is good to healthy. For maintaining our weight it helps a lot.
Because it give energy for us time to time. So we don't get hunger frequently. If we eat this dish in Morning, we don't get hunger until evening.
This is best dish for busy persons. This dish is very simple to prepare too. Just follow my steps.
This Little Millet Kozhukattai with coconut chutney, onion chutney or Tamato chutney is best combination.
We can take this recipe as a break fast or snack too. For both it is good choice.
For preparing this fish we need very few ingredients like little Millet 1/2 cup, Grated carrot and coconut 1/2 cup, water and salt. That's it. Using this we prepare very tasty healthy Kozhukattai.
For temper we need 2 spoon oil, musted seeds, uranus Dal, Tomorrow Dal and curry leaves.
Now I give how to prepare this dish. Just follow me, for this first we take one non stick pan, add oil and all temper ingredients. Let's fry them all correctly now add grated coconut and carrots. Fry them all up to 3 minute. Now add little bit water, wait until carrot half boiled.
Before that soak this little Mille up to 4 hrs. In pan add required water, now add salt with it.
After getting bubbles now add soaked millets with out water. Mix them well. Slow down the flame, cook until Millet cook well. Now add grated coconut mix them well.
After cook, switch off the flame. Now leave them to cool. After that apply oil to your palm, now make small ball shapes or Kozhukattai as much we require.
Now place all those in a steemit, again cook 5 minutes.
Now it's healthy Little Millet Kozhukattai is ready to serve.
Serve this dish with any chutney, Enjoy with your friends and family members.
