Benifits on Taking Millets Regularly


Hi friends today i come with another interesting topic regards Millets.

In before i don't know about Millets and uses ,what type of benifits we get ,how it prevents lot of deceases very easily.

On knowing about it i really wonder,just changing our diet we can prevent lot of big health issues very easily.

In my today post i give details about it,just read and try to take Millets in your daily diet for living healthy life.

These Millets are ancient grains,in before we use them a lot ,after knowing rice we completely avoid those Millets start to eat rice only.

In Millets we get high fiber low carbohydrates so it is very healthy and also prevents lot of health issues very easily.

On using Millets we can prepare lot of recipes too.In my previous post i given too. I also give some recipes in my future posts too.

Preparing recipes using Millets is not so easy, because its seed is very hard so not cook quickly.so we need to soak them atleast 5-6 hours before cooking.Then only it cook easily.

Millets also known gluten free,from one cup soaked Millets we get 207 calories with over 6 grams of protein, 2 grams of dietary fiber, and less than 2 grams of fat. Hear we get very low fat.

It's also contains all required minerals like calcium,copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and selenium as well as essential vitamins like folate, pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin, and Vitamins B6, C, E, and K too.
