Today was the second day in a row in the fitness center. Actually there should always be a rest day in between, at least I had learned it that way, but since I cancelled the training on Tuesday I had to make an alternative appointment.
So today I continued where I left off yesterday. I had to lift weights and get angry about gravity.
Why do you have to suffer so much if you want to reduce your overweight?
Anyway, it's fun.
DEUTSCH
Heute war der zweite Tag hintereinander im Fitnesscenter. Eigentlich sollte immer ein Ruhetag dazwischen sein, zumindest hatte ich es mal so gelernt, aber da ich am Dienstag das Training ausfallen ließ musste ein Ersatztermin her.
Also machte ich heute dort weiter, wo ich gestern aufgehört habe. Gewichte stemmen und sich über die Schwerkraft ärgern.
Warum muss man so leiden, wenn man sein Übergewicht reduzieren will?
Egal, es macht Spaß.
