This time I want to take part in a competition organized by @steemitwarrior with the theme "Big Cooking Competition - Create the Best Vegetarian Dishes - Pool Reward 50 STEEM - 10 Days".
I want to post vegetarian food that is very tasty, healthy, nutritious and very easy to cook, namely stir-fried green beans, broccoli, potatoes, and tofu.
As for the ingredients that must be prepared to make sauteed green beans, broccoli, potatoes and tofu.
• 200 grams of beans
• 200 grams of broccoli
• 1 potato
• 1 tomato
• 4 pieces of white tofu
• Enough water
• Vegetable oil for sauteing
• Red chilies, onions, gar sliced
• Salt, sugar, pepper to taste
Wash all vegetables then cut

Fry the tofu until golden brown then set aside
fry the potatoes until golden brown then set aside
Pour a little oil, then saute the shallots, garlic red chilies, sliced green chilies, stir until blended
Then pour a little water, then add the beans, broccoli,ato, tofu and fri fried potatoes
After all the ingredients are added, add salt, sugar, pepper then cook until cooked evenly
The dish is finished and ready to eat
