Sunday morning is always a rush morning for mama like me. We have church's Praise Celebration at 10am, and I always felt those adrenaline rush on me as I speedily clean the house, make fresh all water hot and lukewarm, ready the breakfast, and iron the clothes needed and packing the children's bag.
So our Sunday's breakfast is always eggs-related. And I really really thank God for eggs. I can hard boiled them, soft boiled them, half-quartered boiled them, fried them, scrambled them, omelette them or even salad-ed them. Lol.
Today is super rush for me because I woke up late due to sleep late finishing son's school's homework with him. Science in Mandarin language is no joke. Mind you I am very good in Science considering I was a graduate of Bachelor in Science with Degree. But when everything is in Mandarin, I coughed out blood googling translating the words one by one to find out what are those. Just a saying, I didn't cough out blood. I was as cool as cucumber.
For everyone to cut down cooking time. Haha.
We love those eggs with a dash of Sarawak fragrant pepper and soy sauce. Do not underestimate the small amount, you feel full after consuming them. This bowl was for my husband, with 3 eggs. Mine with 2. The boys with 1 each. Adults combo with a cup of coffee. The children with a cup of hot chocolate.
Then we were ready to go to church with bags of food and snacks in their bag....!!! Oh No! Wait! I haven't hung the clothes in the washing machine!!!
