The boys, and I included, were beyond amazement when they received (anything theirs can be shared with mummy and daddy) these marvellous souvenirs from their uncle who just came back from Osaka, Japan. We were thankful he was back whole piece knowing that Japan was hit recently by a typhoon, at the same time, we mourned for those who had lost their loved ones to typhoon.
Their uncle, my brother, not only came back safe and sound in one piece, but also came back together with alot of Japan food for us (I will try to blog about it in another post), and two special souvenirs for the boys.
Big Metal Spiderman Sphere
You could literally see the boys' eyes brightened up with joy and excitement and suspense (and anything in between) when the uncle said, "Guess what is inside?".
One guessed "A lot of tiny Spiderman figure?"
Another guessed "Candies!!!"
I guessed "Gumballs!!"
The little one hurried towards me and asked me to open as it was quite tight.
And I noticed they could be interchanged into two patterns by turning the globe around.
Aren't they cute? My brother got them from Universal Studio Japan.
Let's Open It!
Oh my! Small packets of Spiderman. Now we were even more excited to open the package to find out! =)
They are chocolates in shape of Spiderman's face. Usually, chocolates in toy balls or eggs are not so nice but these are good quality chocolates and those eyes are yummy white chocolates!
