Except that, a back and biceps session. I didn’t bring my rings and headed to the same spot with parallel bars. Was planning to make us of it of Australian pull-ups.
On the menu:
- assisted one arm chin-ups 6x3-5
- Australian pull-ups wide grip 5x10-12
- Australian chin-ups close grip 5x10-12
- Australian pull-ups close grip 5x10-12
- biceps curls 5x8-12
