Night legs session yesterday, weather is hot. And same today so I’ll go for chest workout later.

On the menu:

  • jumping squats 5x15
  • walking lunges 5x20
  • straight legs deadlift 5x15
  • lateral lunges 5x20
  • standing calves 5x30
  • glutes bridge 5x20
