Better to post my yesterday session or jfang003 is going to say I’m a lazy ass :D
Yesterday was a back and biceps workout.
On the menu:
- wide grip pull-ups 5x6-8
- assisted one-arm chin-ups 4x3-5 (each arm)
- close grip pull-ups 5x6-8
- inverted rows 4x10-12
- high pulls 5x12-15
- biceps curls 4x8-12
And that’s all ! See you later for legs session.
Might do it very dynamic with sprints and jumps.
