I got an unusual spectator during my session today ;)
It’s not a legend, those things are very slow haha.
Today’s workout was based on gym rings compound exercices for chest. Added few less demanding exercices for shoulders and triceps.
On the menu:
- dips on rings (chest variation) 5x8-12
- push-ups on rings 5x8-12
- regular push-ups 5x10-12
- piked push-ups 5x12-15
- triceps extensions 5x12
