PPL workout - legs


Hey there !

Late legs session but I didn’t skip it ;)
Once again I’ve been through all the exercices following a circuit. 30sec rest between each set, repeat for 5 laps.

On the menu:

  • jumping squats x15
  • lateral lunges x20
  • standing calves x30
  • Romanian deadlift x15
  • walking lunges x20
  • glutes bridges x15
