1 large chicken leg, 1 small potato, 2 measuring cups of rice, 50g onion, a little ginger, 15g butter, 1 spoon of raw soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 0.5 spoon of old soy sauce, 2.5G salt, and a proper amount of green onion.

Start:
NO ·1 Remove the chicken leg and cut into small pieces. Dice the potatoes and onions. Wash the potatoes with water to control the water content. Cut the ginger into shreds.

NO ·2 Heat the butter in the pot and melt it. Put a little onion and ginger into the pot and stir fry it. Do not remove it. Put the remaining oil into the chicken leg and stir fry until the color changes. Put the potato into the potato block and stir fry. After the color changes, put the onion into the pot and stir fry for several times. Add one spoon of raw soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, half spoon of old soy sauce and stir fry evenly. Then add some salt to taste. Then put it aside.

NO ·3 Put the washed rice in the electric rice cooker, add water to 2cm higher than the rice, then pour the fried chicken leg meat, stir it up, if the water is 1.5cm to 2cm higher than the ingredients, then add some water, a pot of buttered chicken leg rice will be good.
