Ingredients For 24 units
- Peeled ripe banana,360 g or 12.7 oz
- Eggs 4
- Vanilla Essence 10 ml or 0.33 fl oz
- Pure cocoa powder without sugar or additives 100 g or 3.53 oz
- Chocolate dark chopped without additives 160 g or 5.64 oz
- Sodium Bicarbonate 12 g or 0.43 oz
- Sea salt or Himalayan salt 3 g or 0.11 oz
- Ground cinnamon (this is to taste) 2 g or 0.07 oz
- Cow's or almond's milk 20 ml or 0.68 fl oz
How it's prepared:
First, heat the oven to 175°C and cover with baking paper a square baking pan about 20 cm or 7 and 7/8 inches on each side. If you have a smaller baking pan the brownie pieces will come out higher but also more juicy.
Cut the peeled bananas into small pieces. Place them in a bowl next to the eggs and beat them with a whisk, crushing them well or use an electric mixer. You can also use a minipimer or a multiprocessor. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the chocolate, and beat until they are no longer lumpy.
Add the chopped dark chocolate and stir gently. Pour the mixture into the mold and cook in the oven for about 20 minutes. You must prick the center with a toothpick and it should come out slightly stained, not wet. It is left to cool outside the oven for about 10 minutes and then unmold it and transfer with the paper itself to a dish.
Wait for it to cool completely before cutting it into parts. It can be cut better if we leave it for about two hours in the refrigerator, so that its crumb settles. Store in a tupper in the refrigerator, especially if it is very hot.
