Potatoes with delicious cooked chicken

Today I am going to share with you a potatoes with delicious cooked chicken.Which is very tasty to eat with our rice.
I am going to share a new post about it on steemfoods community. Let's start with how I cooked it...

The things you need first :

Chicken 500 gm
potatoes 300 gm
salt 2/1 tsp
Turmeric 3/2 tsp
Red chili 3/2 tsp
mustard oil 3/2 tsp
whole cumin. 2/2 tsp
Onion 3/2 cup
Water 3 tbls
Coriander 3/2 tsp
Ginger 3/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 3/2 tsp
coriander leaves -a bit amount
cinnamon 1/2 tsp


Step:1

First, cut the chicken into pieces in a bowl and wash them with clean water.

Then you have to mix all the ingredients like turmeric powder, chilli powder and spices well

Then light the stove and put a pan on the stove. Pour the required amount of oil into the pan.

Then chop some potatoes and leave them in oil with clean water and fry for a while.

This time the pan that was placed on the stove should have a small amount of turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and all the spicy ingredients mixed well in the oil

Then pour the meat into the pan and stir well.

Then the meats are kept inside the pan for a while. These meats need to be stirred well at room temperature.

After moving the meat inside the pan, give the same amount of water and cover it with water for a while.

Now it is fully cooked.Then after keeping the pan at moderate temperature the finished cooking will be done.
