I used to love cooking a lot. Even though I wasn’t so good at it. :D.
I can spend hours seeing cooking video on youtube just to make sure I will remember exact the steps and technique.
I didnt feel tired but excited, joyful and happy with cooking.
I loved preparing dinner myself after work. Although the time of preparation may be 4-5 times longer than the time that I actually eat that dish. It didn’t matter, because I loved to serve beloved ones with the best dishes I can make. I will be happy for that.
I always think that cooking is the best way to show that you care people a lot and good food somehow always bring us closer to each other, you know.
Fried rice with hot tuna
My favourite basic salad
Vietnamese style shirm and pork belly. Trust me its taste is better than its look. It goes really well with hot rice
Korean style mixed noodle. Japchae??
This dish’s name is “What are left over in your fridge?”. Kind of bibimbap - korean mixed rice
Spicy mixed noodles and mandu
But I stoped cooking for a while.
Getting busier and more stressful make me don’t want to spending time in anything but rest.
I eat whatever my roommate cooks, I’ll do the cleaning. I start eatting outside, and try many types of instant foods, I skip my meals sometimes.
It’s been a while.
I don’t really remember when was the last time I cooked something I love.
I miss my food. So much.
Stired fried noodles with beef
Mixed noodles with pork
If there is noone you want to cook for, cook for yourself.
Prepare you favourite ones, buy all he ingredients, see all youtube cooking channels that u used to love, and make your own signature dishes.
You deserve to be served with good food, too.
If you cook to show people that you love them, you also can do the same thing to show how much you love and care about yourself.
It’s as simple as that.
Lets have something good today.
What can it be?
Crazy Spaghetti hahaha
Should I share all recipes of all those dishes above? Should I?
Yeah. I should. And I will 🤣
